Where it all started.

My name is Francesco. I’m originally from Italy, and I’ve been passionate about physical activity and human performance since childhood. In 2009, I started working in my hometown’s local gym—and that’s where I discovered what would become my lifelong mission: helping people transform their health through smart, consistent training.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve coached in elite gyms across Central London, working with executives, founders, and high-performing professionals who don’t have time to waste.
These are individuals who value their health but need a structured, no-nonsense approach to get results, without burning out or compromising their busy schedules.

This experience led me to develop what I call Antifragile Training: a coaching method built for real life. Instead of aiming for perfection, it focuses on building strength, energy, and resilience in the face of stress and change.

Whether you’re training after a short night of sleep, squeezing in a session during travel, or navigating a packed workweek, this system helps you grow, not stall.

I created FitLounge to deliver premium personal training for high performers: executives, entrepreneurs, and driven individuals who value strength, energy, and focus.

My approach combines science-backed methods with flexible, adaptive coaching that fits around your life, whether you’re training at home, in the gym, or on the move.

At the core of my method is building a strong foundation: learning to move well, understand your body, and take ownership of your progress. Every program is designed to improve how you feel and perform in real life, not just in the gym.

We focus on movements and skills that reflect the demands of your everyday routine. The result? A more balanced, resilient body that reduces injury risk and supports long-term performance.

FitLounge started as a personal mission—to help my father manage chronic back pain. Today, it’s a global system that allows me to support clients in person and remotely with the same level of care and precision.
